New Contract With The Royal Borough of Greenwich
We are delighted to announce that we have secured a major contract with the Royal Borough of Greenwich to design, manage and build the mechanical and electrical infrastructure for multi-million-pound apartments.
We will ensure the highest levels of safety and quality are maintained throughout the project, which involves the installation of water mains, plant room connections, hot and cold connections between modular units, testing and commissioning of Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) heating and cooling systems, power and lighting in landlords, and submains to modular dwellings, all connected between the modular units. The project will also include an Internal Reception System (IRS).
We have set ourselves rigorous targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that includes 100% client satisfaction, targets dates met or bettered, zero snags and defects before witnessing, 100% value and cost control and lastly overall quality control and management.
